LR export to FB

Does anyone on here do this? It looks like LR out of the box only exports to your personal page, strange as I bet most people using this would prefer to export to their page}(if they had one).

Intrested to hear peoples views on it, and what plugins they use...

Jeffery Friedls plugin here. I really like it (and the metadata wrangler he has too).

I do it manually, the plugin seemed to kill all quality

Thanks, used this http://regex.info/blog/lightroom-goodies/facebook found it to work well, admittley only just started using it tonight tho! Not quite sure why LR doesnt natively offer export to FB pages :thinking:

Yeah bit of both for me atm, iam trying to streamline my LR workflow. Trying various different options. Iam not quite sure what the point of the hard-drive publish export is for tho, dont you do that when you carry out a normal export once you have finished the PP...hmmmm

It does (or at least 4.x does). It isn't as good as Jefferys though.

3 only does to personal profiles. but like i say the quality is rubbish, i dont think it uses or can be overridden to sRGB either.

In which case you want Jefferys one....

Not sure about sRGB though. I can't see an option to set it in either export dialogue - strange (unless it is forced to sRGB as a pre-requisite of uploading to FB).... I shoot in sRGB (my complete workflow is sRGB calibrated) so it isn't an issue for me...
