This is by far the most awful software I've ever used, but anyway, I am trying to place an order of prints and wall art, but I can't get it all in the same order, I add the prints or the wall art, then go to the catalog and it tells me that the order will be lost.

I even tried saving the order, then going to the wall art and opening it but it just reverts the catalog back to prints again.

And your question (as advertised in the title of the thread) is....?
 
Assuming your question is 'how?' the answer is, 'you can't' not directly through ROES anyway. Different catalogue sections have to be ordered separately, though if you call them afterwards and ask nicely, you might get the whole lot put into a single delivery, though never had to do it personally as my orders are usually only from a single catalogue. The rest tend to go via Zenfolio so are dealt with by ONe Vision anyway

The thing is I'm trying to order a 20x14 wall art and 5 8x12 prints, surely it won't cost that much extra to include 5 prints with a wall art?

I think this is something that's been overlooked, the carriage charges are obviously setup in the system so I don't see why they can't calculate the whole order.
