Loxley DVD Folio book, first look

Well my first dvd folio landed on my desk yesterday. I had to take a pic.

Im impressed with it, the feel and the printed disc is very nice. couple of areas that could be improved but would bump the price up. for example the Black box it comes in, feels nice and solid however there are gaps around the album so can slop about inside and less finger prints and hairline scratches on the disc would be nicer. but all in all, I think its outstanding.

I wish I had searched this I ordered 2 folio with dvd and they arrived this morning, mistakes on the folio resulting in the same image twice one each one shouldn't have been like that and they are reprinting them for me.

I then thought I would check that I received DVD's and not cds I could have made a mistake during the order but no DVDs are there one with lots of scratches the other with a trail of glue from a glue gun and scratches, the reason I am providing 2 is in case they scratch a disk how can I supply them already scratched? another email off to Loxley now.

I know tbe scratches are not your fault but it does demonstrate the fragility of dvd. Loxley now sell memory stick versions with all the same cover options.

I know but Loxley have been fantastic replacing the 2 folio cases and the 2 DVDr's and they have arrived today and are spotless.

The usb memory stick (card) option is somthing I was looking at and I offered the client but they prefered the disk option due to the customisable printed surface with images.
