Hi mate,
Sorry to jump in here but if you do decide on the Redsnapper bag I have an as new one, never used I want to sell as I need a different bag. The Redsnapper is a good bag for the money it's just I need a different style for my needs.

I know you have a new one :) Just trying to figure out which one will be better for me :) I don't have much of photo equipment, but most probably will need space for other stuff.

Just realised you are the same person..lol

The bottom section is for your DSLR and the upper section for your bit's and pieces.

I had the Fastpack 350 which was excellent for camera gear, other stuff in separate compartment and laptop. The 250 is just a smaller version.

Fastpack 250, is a good little bag, I like it alot bottom section for camera, top section for other bits and pieces, well made too, lasted me for over 3 years and all the stitching still in place

Hi mate,

I have the Fastpack 250 and it's a decent bag. The quality is good and it has lots of room for all my kit. I haven't used the laptop compartment to carry a laptop as I'd imagine that would make it damn heavy when loaded with camera stuff too. It is useful for newspapers/magazines or an ipad though.

oh i tell you why i like my fastpack 250, I dont actually have to take off the backpack to get the camera out, due to the way the compartment is shaped for sideward access.

Access to your camera on the Lowepro is far better than the Redsnapper and the general upper compartment also looks much bigger and more useful.
