I feel the need to extol the virtues of Lowepro.

I bought a Slingshot 300AW in 2007 that has given me sterling service, but recently I noticed that the stitching holding the main zipper in place had started to give out. Checking the warranty info on-line confirmed it was "lifetime".

Whilst the warranty does exclude certain parts of the bag such as the zipper itself, I had a chat to them and then returned the bag for inspection. Just over a week later a brand new 302AW turns up.

WELL DONE LOWEPRO - Thank You. You have my respect as well as continued support. (In all the family has three of their bags!!):clap::clap:

Great customer service - I had heard of their customer service being very good...

Awesome bags and great value. Had loads over the years. Never had an issue, but this is good to know. Cheers.

Did you have to prove you'd bought it originally, ie. show a receipt?

Sorry for the rather late bump.

I think that Lowepro products and after sales service are excellent. I have owned a few but by far the best has been/is a Dryzone 100 which has saved my gear from total immersion on many occasions. It may look a bit worn but it still does the job and must be getting on for 10 ears old.

Fantastic customer service, well done Lowepro!

Wouldn't it be wonderful if all manufacturers & suppliers had this attitude.

In these days of shoddy workmanship it's great to read something positive for a change! It's also reassuring to read that Lowepro will honour their "Lifetime" guarantee claim.

I have 4 :bonk: of Lowepro's backpacks and they are really well made so I doubt I will be troubling their Customer Service hotline anytime soon!

Andy

I also received excellent customer service from Lowepro. They sent me a replacement strap for my point and shoot camera case when it failed. No quibbles.
