Yes
Just how much protection does a Lowepro Photo Trekker offer do you reckon? I ask because last night my bag and all my kit fell from the top of my wardrobe. How that happened I still haven't fathomed out. I have checked my kit and there seems to be no visible damage but what are the chances of internal injuries... especially to my D80?

I would'nt worry it's only Nikon kit you have in it anyway:thumbs: Mine's been used and abused and my kit is still in pristine condition but it is Canon:woot:

I always use abit more than the standard Lowepro protection anyway, in my Pro Trekker I have added another layer of foam on the front panel covered by microfibre cloth, and in my Lens Trekker I have made a three sided box which sits above the bottom support and the wrap around lens support

As long as you have inspected your kit and it looks and feels fine and funtions OK then I would'nt worry about it, just don't put your bag back on top of the wardrobe:bang: ;)

You should be fine mate, Lowepros are pretty good protection wise, plus Nikon gear is pretty much bombproof anyway, my D80 has had a few bumps and been out in the rain and still works fine!

Take a few shots, fire off a few in burst mode, listen to the shutter etc, if there is a problem that should show it up..

The lack of visible damage means nothing really, you need to run a check on all the gear. Make sure the mirror and shutter blinds are still doing what they should and that the glass and motors in the lenses are still sat correctly.

I'd be fairly confident that all will be well. :)
