Sent email off to lowepro asking do they sell spare parts (chest strap for my 400aw) had phone call from them now stating one will be sent out foc wasn't expecting that so thank you lowepro.

I lost the tripod strap from my Vertex. Wrote enquiring about spares and was sent one foc.
