Sadly I am not surprised that such an act would happen.......................an ongoing sign of the times including those that committed fraud to gain monetary advantage following the Grenfell disaster :(

I expect he uses the roadside shrines near his holiday home as a source of free candles...
 
Not a football fan but am aware of how much good the gentleman in whose memory the shirt was left did for Leicester as a city not just a football club.

Not so long ago a lady was done for steeling flowers off recently buried graves :mad:
