It was a repeat.

And painful to watch a second time.

There were some freaks on there, weren't there? :)
 
Some crazy things like. Especially the guy with the muscle implants and they went sideways and almost under his armpits. He was happy with how his looks had changed after surgery...
 
They made it look like he had man boobs. :)

They often say we're just 5 or 10 years behind the US with various things. I do hope this isn't true when it comes to plastic surgery.
