Lotus edit challenge

Anyone fancy a go at editing this. I've had a go and as usual I end up playing for ages and end up disappointed. :bang:
Tips and advice would be greatly appreciated! I Would like this or a similar shot printed 10x8....at the moment I wouldn't go much bigger than a postage stamp!

PSE 9: Rotate, crop, content aware for that bit of post, surface blur, radial blur, high-pass filter sharpen.

And I'm growing more and more impressed with PSE 9 every time I use it!
