How about .... "I'm only an amateur really..." (.... read ... "No-one in their right mind would pay me for this rubbish ...")

... or ...

"My Canon/Nikon has many very advanced features to help me take great shots ... " (read ... "I haven't got a clue what all these buttons actually do ....") ...:)

Not always true and I shoot jpeg for that very reason, get it right and you don't have to faff around in photoshop or lightroom

I find that when people say that there's normally more than a hint of snobbishness about it... "I'm better than you because I do it all in camera, you cheat" which is obviously utter dogpoop.

no of course its not always true - its a humour thread , I generally shoot my tree records in jpeg because ive got no desire to PP a couple of thousand shots where quality isn't important. However the light hearted gibe was aimed more at those people who like to brag that they "always get it right in camera"
 
One I can guarantee I'll get it right in-camera every single time I'll stop shooting raw and switch to jpeg....

My first shot will be of porcine squadrons flying over the ski-slopes of hell.
