I have watched the first four seasons.

I wait until I can obtain a whole series at once so series 5 will be ready for me in the summer.

I cant bear watching it on tv and having to wait a week lol.

I watch 4 or 5 episodes in one sitting.

How sad is that?

enjoyable though!

I watch 4 or 5 episodes in one sitting.

I did that with the sopranos, someone lent me season 1 and I couldn't switch it off, I also watched all of season 1 of 24 in 3 days

I watched Lost when it was on BBC as soon as it went to SKY I stopped because I wasn't going to pay £17 a month to see it, it's on BT vision now but I can't get back into it because it's been too long.

One of the actors, the one that was in lord of the rings said they'd only written 2 seasons when it first transmitted but were making that much money they dragged it out, the one thing I didn't get is where all the odd things that happened in the 1st season went, the black smoke, something flattening trees, from what I did see of the later seasons it's like they can't explain what that was so they're just ignoring the fact it ever happened

It's like a 24 hour film you can't switch off because of the cliffhangers at the end of each episode.

I can highly recommend the sopranos as well if you haven't seen it.

prison break was a 1 series story, the original was ace, the rest wasnt so good. And dont worry about taking the thread OT, the Op wont mind...

HBO and the BBC make the best series, the problem with HBO is it's about money, if a series generates a lot of viewers they'll keep making it even if it's crap but if it's good but has no interest they'll just drop it, Carnivale is a prime example, I really liked it but they canceled it at the end of season two leaving loads of unanswered questions

Band of brothers is another good HBO/BBC series

6feet under was HBO, that was really good too

I save up the eps and watch them all in a row, if i get an excuse to. Much more satsfying and avoids the whole 'oh no got to wait a week to find out what happens' scenario.

As for Prison Break - S1 Great! , S2 OK, S3 - first half OK 2nd half absolutely dire (the writers strike helped/ddn't help here) Season 4 - Excellent until ep the last shown ep - wtf? Still 6 more eps to come next month I believe.

'The Sopranos' was HBO too I think? Another great series.
