Am I the only one getting far too excited about the start of season 6 next week?

For anyone who hasn't seen it, the first 4 minutes of the first show of the new series is online here - http://www.comingsoon.net/news/tvnews.php?id=62771. (the first 3 mins is pretty much the end of the last series, but the rest is goood, and doesn't really give much away).

Should be called LOST interest by now, I gave up after series 2, have they explained all that black smoke and wierd goings on in the first few episodes or has it still been conveniently forgotten about so they can keep the cash cow going

I think it's gone on far too long. I'm sticking with it as i've come this far but i am finding that i'm getting annoyed with it keep repeating itself and skipping from past and present.

The last series finished well. Just hope this series does it justice. There are a lot of questions that need answering.

Through the last couple of series i usually find myself saying "Oh FFS" at the end of every episode.

Have enjoyed watching this from the beginning but this series seems to have started a bit slow.

I just hope they do justice to the story line. I've stuck with it for 5 series and got properly confused through series 4 & 5. If it all turns out to be Hurley's dream I'll be pretty pee'd off :razz:

Starts Friday night with a reminder of the story so far then straight into a double bill :D
 
The writers strike killed it for me. Completely forgot about it during the break. Will watch the next series out of curiosity more than anything else.
 
sort of looking forwards to seeing how it all pans out, but sort of also lost alot of interest in it as i think is gone on a little too long, some series are good, others have been crap, lets hope the last one is good.
 
I've been hyper for weeks waiting for it! I have a little unhealthy obsession with Lost! :D

Going to be watching the double episode of the start to season 6 in a bit, can't wait to see what happens! :woot:

I missed the start of Lost all those years ago as i used to be a social animal. Got the first season for x-mas 2008. Watched the entire season in a month and then bought all the other seasons and promptly 'lost' social life watching them.

So now i'm free to watch this series on TV!!!

Heard on TV earlier that apparently a lot of questions about the island is answered shortly after halfway through this season. I can't remember how episodes there are supposed to be, but hopefully not too long some decent answers.
 
already got some answers, and some stuff is falling into place. great tv. box set purchase for sure.
 
Has season 6 started here yet? I, only last week finished watching series 5 on freeview. Watched all 17 episodes in a day :lol: I love it!

I have wondered if it will all turn out to be a book written by Hurley, since something in series 5 hinted at his writing skills :lol: OK so I'm joking, but you never know!
 
Season 6 started about 4 weeks ago over here. Only on sky1 though :(
 
For me, Lost has time jumped the shark. This is the season when answers should be forthcoming: instead, we have more 'Others', an unexplained ghost (possibly young Jacob), an unexplained infection, Claire-turning-into-Rosseau-for-who-knows-not-what-reason, a lighthouse that, like the cabin, can apparently move at will (or are we stupidly supposed to assume it's been next to the beach camp unnoticed for five seasons?), a half explained smoke monster, what the island *is*, mysterious skeletons, why only Hurley can see dead people. Yeah, I'm getting bored of it - it seems the writers have completely lost the plot and mired themselves in too much mystery. What started off as an intelligent show encompassing science, philosophy, and the choices we all make in our lives has become something horribly confused.
 
It's the best TV I've ever seen. I get giddy every week waiting to download it. :)

Remember when daniel farraday opened the back door to the hatch and the door was opened by a man in a gas mask? The guy who taught Penny's fella about punching the numbers into the computer also mentioned about the infection and wore gas masks.

We have just started watching season 6. I'm presuming from the flashbacks that we are now looking at 'what would have happened' if the plane didn't crash?

Just as confusing as the first 5 seasons but it makes for great Television.
 
I watch LOST during my lunch breaks at work and im also getting excited n stuff out loud, people think im crazy lol

Confusing as hell yes, but damn its good!
 
I've been watching Lost as soon as it comes out in America. The last couple of seasons have been lagging, but hopefully this season will finally bring it all together and make sense!! Enjoying it so far :) (though i'm not sure if the enjoyment partly comes from knowing it'll soon all be over !!)
 
OMG, now the latest episode was awesome, didn't see the big wow about last weeks, but this weeks is just :love:
