Think they only ship recovery pro with the extreme/ultra range (or whatever they are now). I have 3 Sandisk cards, one cheap one an extreme one and the 30MB/s one out now, only the extreme III one had the disk.

You have to pay for it, but the best software I've ever bought for this is File Scavenger

It's tied to a single machine, but you can mail them and move it to another if required. It's recovered lots of lost/deleted data from disks, picture cards etc for me and at work. We had one user leave who formatted their PC hard drive and it got back the lot plus other docs deleted before!

Recuva is a good one imo
