I wonder what the chances are of posting two packages to different addresses on the same day at the same post office, both signed for next day items and both packages get "damaged" at the sorting office such that one package has all its content lost and the other package suffers partial loss, some of which gets sent back to poster, some gets through to recipient and some just ends up in a safe storage area (despite there being an obvious link to the other items in the package).
Call me suspicious but as both packages were being sent to pension providers and contained sensitive information leads me to think that maybe someone had a sneaky preview, decide to keep the original documents, maybe snapped then with a phone and then "dropped" them on the floor but decided the other package with photo copies werent worth keeping so just dumped them.
Oh and both envelopes were opened but not damaged and none of the documents which found there way to their destination or back to my home were in any way damaged.
Or maybe that's just me seeing things differently.
Anyone else had sensitive documents not arrive at their destination.
