I went to the Lord Mayor's Show for the first time a couple of years ago with the Mrs Nelson & inlaws and had quite a good time, especially with the 'Cockney Singalong' in Ye Olde Cheshire Cheese afterwards. Met a few nice people, drank a few good pints & embarrased myslef on the train on the way home offering animal stickers to everyone in the carriage.

This year Mrs N wants us to go again but this time it'll be with baby Nelson in tow. Last time we were on Ludgate Hill, about half way between St Pauls & City Thameslink. It was pretty narrow & very crowded & I wouldn't want to be there with the little one & a buggy. Does anyone have any good tips for spacious or at least not too crowded places on the route.

Thanks

I would like some info as well please as considering taking 3 year old.

Hope this helps.

Load of info on site including a map with timings of procession.

I am at City Hall (Now Boris Johnsons place) tomorrow as they have an open day. Not too far away so may pop somewhere along the route.
