My wife has uploaded several pictures (this is an example):
onto the web and they change from vibrant green to drab olive green as soon as they are on the site. On downloading the pictures from the site and viewing them in photoshop the pictures have a (RGB/8hash) rather than (RGB/8*). I take it that the site has reduced the colour depth from 16 to 8 bit or something like that. If this is the case how can I make sure that the colours chosen are closer to the originals by doing the conversion at this end. Photoshop gives the same drab colours when I use the convert to web/device option!
Any ideas?
Oh if you like the pendant my wife makes jewellery, it is one of her designs!
