Hi all. Just joined this evening after looking in on a number of forums.
I used to go through 35mm film by the bucketful many years ago. Then became a mere occasional photographer with a tiny Canon Ixus, before discovering that a Sony DSLR would accept my old Minolta lenses
So for 18 months I have had an Alpha 300 to go with my 70-210mm "beer can" lens and my 300mm long ranger.
I love nature shots. and working outdoors helps me to appreciate much of what is out there. However my main love is Formula 1. Not easy to photograph from the spectators side of the fence, but I keep trying!
