Looking to hire Studio in or near Aberdeen

I'm looking at options for hiring a studio in or near the west end of Aberdeen. Does anyone know of any studios in the area complete with studio lighting etc.?

Aberdeen seems to be a bit short on studios.. if you find anywhere thats decent give me a shout....
