Any recommendations on which one?

Seems to be a lot of models to choose from.

Im not fussed about age really as long as it has a 80mm lens F2.8 min.

Any particular model that stands out or is the preferred model?

They seem to vary in price in ebay,

The older non removable back models (m645, m645J and m645 1000S) seem to be pretty reliable. I've got a 1000S, a J and a modern 645 AFD and both the older models have been superb. The first modern AF model I got had a shutter fault and was replaced by ffordes. The replacement has been great too so far. One thing to bear in mind with the newer AF models is that the older manual lenses require stop down metering. You can get a faster 80mm f1.9 for the manual focus models. (m645, Pro, Pro TL etc)

One to avoid would be the super as it's supposed to be particularly unreliable.
