Right,

Ive made my mind up, Im going to add to the 1D I already have. Wheres the best to place (and cheapest) a MK IV?

Just make sure the outlet has them in stock, otherwise you part with your money and wait for an eon...

Get a price off Kerso - Ian Kerr. Highly respected and trusted independent importer. Check his feedback in the classified sections.

Well im sure he wont thank you for splashing his email all over the net, those spambots will now be sending him thousands of junk emails.

I didn't think it was a secret. If Ian has a problem with it, I'm sure he will let me know and I'll edit it.

Its not a secret but putting emails online like this is exactly what the spambots search the web for

people spell the "dot" in email addresses rather than put .

anything with the @ symbol is harvested by spambots who continually search millions of pages on the net every day, spelling the "dot" confuses then and anyone who knows anything knows to replace dot with .

Thanks to everyone for their help. Despite my logic telling me its only going to come down in price over time, I still couldnt resist and ended up picking one up yesterday.
My 1D MKIIn will now be relegated to being my second body. This is no bad thing as in my current congif (1D MKIIn and a 20D) I found I was refusing to trust the 20D's smaller screen and compared to the shutter speed of the one, I found I was swapping lenses in the pit lane (not a good idea). So at least no the old faithful IIn is an excellent companion to the MKIV.

It also seems to allow alot more light into the viewfinder.
