Looking for special location for workshops

Hi.
Am struggling with finding a 'special' location for photo workshops which I will try to organise...

Ideally, am looking for a good location that can hold up to 20 people, has great features - basement with windows, loft -again with windows, skylights...

Ideally, not more than 2 hours drive from London. But can look in to locations in other parts of UK as well.

It doesn't have to be in a city... Might be a location far from civilisation as long as it can hold so many people

If you do know of place that could tick most of my boxes, please do let me know

Not yet.
Maybe £30 per head a night. (£1000-1200 for whole for 2 nights. )

That's why don't want it in the city as it would push the price right up....

Doesn't have to be fancy accommodation .

If it has a nice feel, rooms might be used as locations as well.

Rooms can be shared but not with bunk beds
