Looking for some advice regarding the data protection act

This is pretty sensitive so not something i can ask for everyone to view but i was wondering if anyone here really knows the data protection act and if so could they let me know and i'll pm them the details of my enquiry.

Great idea, hand over some sensitive information for a complete stranger to look at on a photo forum full of bleedin numpties, take a look at some of the locked threads mate to see who you just might be dealing with.

You can ring the data commissioners office, they have an advice line. It's a complex bit of law, so it's your best bet, they are the experts, although sometimes even they get it wrong.

If it's a query you have regarding a complex and potentially sensitive issue then I'd only consider talking to the officials concerned and not some one of of tinternet.

I know what he meant but I never said I was going to post sensitive information to anyone. All I said was the situation was sensitive. I'm hardly going to contravene the act whilst asking for information about it. Come on. Anyway it's done now so let's move on.
