Looking for an app for training

I have a requirement for an odd kind of app......

Google isn't helping so I thought I'd ask. I need an app that can shout out words at random from a list. Bonus points if the interval between them can be random (but short). It feels like one of the many interval trainers can do this but I can't locate one.

Because I know I'll get questions.....

1. Android
2. Needs to say them not just display on screen
3. Every 2 -3 seconds for 5 mins
4. Short list of maybe 8 words - though if I could add say 40 then I could double up to influence the frequency

I know I could knock something up in Python in about an hour but wouldn't be able to make it run on a phone without days of fiddling.....

I've seen similar software in the past but only windows machines.

Look for "CBT frameworks", which is the term I remember.

I got something completely different so either my Google-fu is weak or I didn't explain myself well

Imagine you're in a gym class. Instructor calls out a random exercise for you to do (jump, squat, push up etc). x mins of random exercise every y seconds. Now replace "instructor" with "app"

Some of the frameworks I've seen have that facility but they'd be overkill for your need.
