Ok so I am heading over there to camp next week and I am trying to choose somewhere near to Padstow which stunning sea scapes, coasts that I can get a good weeks worth of landscape photography done whilst I am there.

Anyone got any advice?

interested in this myself, we're of to padstow on the 19th, would love to visit any recommended places.

You'll be surrounded by them...

Treyarnon Bay, Constantine Bay, Boobys Bay, Porthcothan, Harlyn Bay to name but a few...a nice hike along the coast from Padstow covers them all. A bit further along towards Newquay takes you to Bedruthan Steps, stunning especially at low tide.

If you fancy heading North then Port Isaac, Tintagel and Boscastle are all well worth a visit

Pretty much the entire coast...

I walked from Padstow to Lands end last year and apart from a tiny boring bit around Hayle the entire coast is just set up for dramatic Landscape and Seascape. :p

Some of my threads on the path...

Constantine Bay (just west of Padstow) to Newquay http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=140818

Newquay to Porthtowan http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=142436

St Agnes to Lands End http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=153061

My favourite spots were the area around Perranporth, specifically along the path to the west, just west of Newquay if you're interested in a more flowing coast and St Just (Cape Cornwall), IMO far better than lands end for photos AND pretty empty most of the time.

The area just to the west of St Ives is really nice and desolate as well.

Really all you need to do is have a look at an OS map of the coastal area and see what looks dramatic, it will invariably be an excellent location.

Have a look for the bowgie inn south of Newquay, their car park has a great view over the bay and coastline and the food isn't too bad either.

I was just down there with friends, had zero time to take any decent photos though :(

It's either that one or the Crantock Bay pub/hotel that I had my drink (in the second link). It's got some stunning views around sunset and the little bay just to the west of it is beautiful as well. :)

I love widemouth bay, beautiful, wild and unspoilt. Godd for a spot of surfing while you're there too. It's a couple of miles down the road from bude and one of my favourite spots.

I'd have to 2nd Bedruthan Steps, my brother lives nearby and it's stunning at low tide. Treyarnon Bay is pretty good too, as is a visit to Boscastle.
