A reverse image search turned up nothing, so the original thread my no longer even have the image in it if whoever posted it deleted, edited or changed the file location... it will be a dead IMG link.

I tried a few hours ago and turned up nothing.
The image reminds me of a pic I saw on a film thread I think.
Photographer lives in Cornwall and quite often posts pics like that one. Somewhere near St Micheals Mount if I remember correctly.
