I have just got a Canon 7D. The Mrs decided she liked my 690D so much she has called it hers......

I am looking for a durable rucksack that will hold a 70-200 lens fitted, and that can be taken out without opening the whole rucksack...

I have seen some a while ago bit can't find them now.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Lowepro Fastpack 250 or 350?
Got the 350, it will take your gear easily.
Had the 250, it will still take your gear.

Can beat for the price the amazon backpack £25 ish cheap as chips. Fits my d7000 with grip on 2/3 lens, flash gun, battery's and filters. But you will need to open the pack to get it out, small price to pay me thinks when your saving all that cash

Yeh, but the OP wants one that he can take gear out without opening the whole backpack, so that wont fit the bill!

I'm very pleased with my Kata 222-ul great quality, lots of space; will fit that 70-200 with good attached to body :) and what a lot of other backpacks don't have, also has day pack capacity.

Just been looking at Kata... Will look at the Fastpack's aw well.
Thanks

Just looked at the Kata 222, looks great, but it doesn't have quick access while wearing. Shame as looks great....

I'm with these guys, I've had other bags in the past but the Fastpack 250 is the one that has stood the test of time for me.

If i could add another endorsement for the lowepro fastpack 350, a great combination of protection for your camera gear and space for your other needs in seperate compartments while maintaining easy access to both.

Thanks guys, looks like I will go with Kata...
