Hi I have been looking for a flash for some time now and the speedlights seem a little expensive but I need one so does anyone have any reccomendatios as to model as it will be used on a D2H then D2X

I'd have thought with that kit it would be worth buying the proper flash, but ....:shrug:

How about a Vivitar 285HV ? They cost £60 new, delivered...

I agree and the SB600 is only around the £130 mark

None on ebay at the mo ...only new ones cheapest was 190 and really I dont want to go above 120 so the 600 seems to fit the bill better but thanks for the advice
