and nowt to do with me this thread. im walking away from it, too sensitive. however my neighbor is. he lost his leg in a work accident....
 
I think to be fair to Borat, he was probably assuming that the question was tongue in cheek as it's not the most eloquant or detailed request in the world.

My cousin's husband lost his foot in a motorbike accident. You wouldn't know it though, he's more mobile than I am!!!
 
the reason for my question, sorry it was so brief i had my boss walking around me, i was going to edit it later but totaly for got about it.... BB i thought it was very funny.. :lol:

im a amputee myself and i have lots of right shoes at home that are doin my head in,

i tried to set up a swap shop on line but had no response so i set a ebay shop up but its very slow and ebay drives me up the wall........

I have been an amputee for the last 9 years and i have decided to go and try a false leg again after the last ones to be equivalent to an old nasty skoda.
Plus my balance was so shocking i spent more time on the floor than i did upright due to the thing falling of lol.

If any one has any friends or family that is an amputee and can help me thanks in advance

lol im like that my friends push me over when i out move them i use to have a kick around at the park they use to hate it i had the ball more than them lol
 
how old are you if you dont mind me asking? How much a top range prostetic cost or are they too much to consider something super hi-tech

Surely the one advantage of being a leg amputee is that you can nick shoes from the shelves of shoe shops? Problem solved :)

well i think i would rather buy a full top of the range professinal canon setup with lighting and a few months rent on a london studio lol.... (just kidding)

i was researching yesterday i googled OSSUR which is a company that manufactor bionic legs there awsome but i think they're the price of a new house i imagine..... there was no price's

I do have a oppointment end of jan to see the leg doc see *** they can offer me now

dont get me wrong there are lots of advantages when i say lots i find an advantages everyweek since i lost my leg lol and still finding them to this day.

i wish i have lost my right leg..... they show the right shoes in every shop.
its something you never notice but every where i have been its all right shoes lol

Good luck with the leg doc, hope they sort you out with a good'un. Just a thought though, with one bionic leg, wouldn't you just run very very fast............in circles? :thinking: :D

I'm pretty sure thats an infringement of human rights. Shops should give equal thieving opportunities to everyone :)

u could always volenteer for research in bionics and cybernetics and try to get it for free if you dont mind having ops and going to usa lol

i told a load of kids the other day that i dropped my dads chain saw when i was a kid like them and it cut it off like something out of resident evil lol.......... mind you they was only 6 - 8

the last time i done that i had a groups of girls in tears in a night club and most of them had boyfriends which didnt go down very well which lead to me making a sharp :exit:
 
yeah if they didnt have beefed up boyfriends.... and have you ever seen a one legged man run with out the aid of his crutches lol (left in a mist of dust still standing as a group of beefed up lads chasing) lmao :lol:
 
thats why you need the bionic prostetic, just take it off and it doubles as a baseball bat :lol:... I have a friend who's a leg amputee just below the knee and he wakeboards and kitesurfs with his. I also know a Dominican Guy who kitesurfs all the time with one leg hes got a special board he sits on hes an absolute legend
 
on a plus note you could use the old " you wouldnt hit a guy with one leg would you" line

i had cancer when i was 15 had a knee replace ment at 16 which where pear shape. so then i requested to take the leg off then i got it in the lungs which lead to me to lose one of my lungs when i was 19 to cut a 6 year story short i had cancer 9 times, but it isnt that exciting but least im still here hey. if i was at home i would give you the extended version. but my boss sits behind me and i got to keep filcking from screen to screen lol

well in that time i still managed to find the time to raise a load of cash for the ward i was on to buy a new pump machine for the chemo paitents and also a new tv with a few playstation's i was in all the locoal papers the lot...... and wanna do a sponsered parchute jump this year some time for cancer research..

but i was only a kid i didnt really know what cancer was TBH

damn... crazy dude. Man if i were you and you were now getting healthier i would get out and go see some world or something forget the call centre, if you feel the same way as me about that kind of work then your alway looking at the time you know what i mean
