long exposures on board the ISS - hypnotic

Those take star trails to a level none of us earthbound types will ever manage.

That's how I see it as well.

I have to say also that I'm seriously impressed with the astronauts having both the presence of mind and the inclination to do this. It's a fantastic legacy.

I wonder who owns the copyright ..... ;)

As everyone else has said, these images are truly amazing and I wish I hadn't seen them on my phone. Will be checking them out on a bigger screen later.
 
Someone posted these last week, pretty amazing stuff. There's not going to be too many people getting shots like that from up there.
