Hi all,my wife and i are spending the fri to sun in london sight seeing,obviously i want to take some pics mostly night time stuff,can i expect any aggro off the police or should i just get on with it,the wife thinks i should just take my point and shoot but then whats the point in that,:cuckoo:

John. Take the DSLR. And if you do get approached be polite and understanding. Canary Wharf etc is private property so be quick!

I've been to London loads of time and always taken my DSLR.

Before Christmas I was taking shots of the Houses of Parliament next to a group of community support officers, they didn't say anything.

If you are on public property they can't stop you taking photos.

Take your D-SLR, you'll regret it if you don't.
 
do a walkies with parliament square as your centre
shoot everything which interests you
including people
