I'd paid a deposit to hold a new Canon 60D at the Bristol, Baldwin Street branch as I couldn't get to pick it up for a week and then I noticed at their Derby branch a secondhand one at a really good price and hardly used.

They refunded my deposit immediately, I ordered the camera from Derby at lunchtime on MOnday and it arrived on Tuesday at 9.30 am.

Excellent service and advice as usual from a company I've dealt with since I bought my first SLR , a Canon A1 in the year dot. :thumbs:

I am close to the Chesterfield branch and bought a second hand telephoto lens this week, the guy who served me was very helpful and I got the lens at a good price with 6 month warranty.
