I ordered a new mouse and keyboard for my soon to arrive Mac Studio.

Seven days and waiting. Tracking says out for delivery.

We will see…
 
Yep, as I thought, no show!

Online tracker now says it's due on Monday 10th.

Dreadful performance.
 
From the carrier, yes. Not sure that carrier issues can be blamed on the supplier.
 
Surely the key information is:-

What date did the item get shipped, as in collection scanned by the courier?

Also, which courier? NB some are dire :(

Subject to any delivery timeframe service you selected (e.g. standard, express etc), have you notified Logitech?

The delivery @mail was from Logitech stating 10th as delivery day. The carrier is UPS.
 
I'm waiting for a rep on the Logitech web chat right now.

IIRC I too got mine from Amazon.

In regard to the delivery.......where do Logitech ship from? Because if EU the shipping can be held up at for example the Cologne Hub awaiting customs clearance. I once had a parcel coming and the tracking showed it had "missed the next flight" 2 days in a row even though it "had cleared"!

A slightly lower price and the mouse I wanted was the ivory colour which was not available on Amazon Chris.

This package came from Eindhoven, maybe you are right in that it has affected the delivery.

Hey ho, it’s due on Monday now so no great issue.

Goods from the EU do take a bit longer these days. I had something from Germany this week, took about 4 days to reach the U.K. but was with me the next day after that, even with Yodel being the U.K. courier.
 
Still waiting!! Tracker says due today, but not out for delivery so I have no expectations.

I'll hazard a guess as to why the parcel is not going to be delivered today. It's because there are not enough parcels on the van to justify a journey from Stanford Le Hope, where the depot is, to Norfolk.
They will wait until it is a justifiable journey.
If they don't arrive today I'm cancelling the order before my 14 day cooling off period expires.

Your 14 day cooling off period only starts the day after you receive it.
