Loging Into Jacobs Digital

Hello,

I think i might have just made a huge mistake... I baught a Tamron 70-300mm lens from Jacobs digital. I then read a review about them, and they say they're crap, is this true??

Also...

can you log in with an email account, i cant seem to find it.. i am retarded [in many ways] and i have forgotten my account username and i assume i need to log in to see when/if my product gets dispached. Dose anyone know if you can log in via email?

Jacobs are a reputable seller in my experience. I've only ever bought from their bricks and mortar stores but can't imagine them being poor online in comparison.

If it does get sent, the Distance Selling Regulations allow you to return the item, unused and at your expense, for a full no-questions-asked refund.

Fair enough, i didn't actually know they had a phsyical shop, i really wasnt awake last night!!

Awesome, thanks for that information & the link, i wasn't looking about sending it back, just the fact, that i have read reviews and it says they never delever, customer servise is rubbish.
