I am unsure if it's a sunrise or sunset.

@shapeshifter do you have a high res of that. The skyline looks wrong facing east(ish) or westish on that but it’s hard to tell on that res

Sunset I think, there is a you tuber who focus on cities and has a load of videos on London and certain he's put the sun in the Eye at sunset
