Be aware that there are changes afoot and the Classic with Vantage account is being ditched in favour of a new Club Lloyds account, which you will have to apply for as Lloyds will not transfer to the new account automatically.

But it's Santander.. worst banking sector customer service scores in Europe. We had no end of problems when the office account was switched to Santander, and a couple of colleagues that also switched were very quick to switch again.
