It is that time of the year, when I have to do the Airport run. I hate that stretch of motorway junction12 of the M56. I have to take two to the airport, and pick one up via the Cheshire area. I really do hate going to Manchester airport, finding a suitable place to park, unpack all the bags. Then help them cart baggage to check in, then hope I can find where I parked my car. Just hope the rain stays off, I hate motorway driving in the rain :(.

Just having a relaxing cuppa before I load up the car, gotta set off about 10am.

There is a drop off point at Manchester airport for departures, no need to park.

Had to park as I had to help with bags, and drop and build up a mobility scooter. Cost me £3.50. I only stayed about eight minutes .

Just set foot back home, got a headache now. Lovely strong cup of tea, and a sandwich :).

Ah, Ok, that makes more sense then, when ever I take people to the airport they're lucky if I actually fully stop the car :) it's like a military operation Go Go Go!

I was stressed, but it does not take much :).

No Blue Badge spaces? Complain!

B'stards!

Tip for Glasgow Airport

I used to have to fly from there to Dublin . I have a blue badge, and my taxi driver told me that as long as I took it with me and he presented it at the Kiosk in CarPark 2 he did not have to pay the drop off fee . Always worked when he dropped me off or picked me up . Some taxi drivers were not aware of this
