I've just ordered a "Used - Like New" Dell U2312 IPS Monitor via Amazon Warehouse for £109 delivered. I think these are normally around the £190 mark.
The description says that the item may be repackaged or have damaged packaging but I can put up with that if the screen is like new. A number of reviews suggested that original purchasers were returning these screens because the Amazon description showed a black bezel and this particular version has a silver bezel.
Anyway, it arrives Thursday and has a 30 day return window so all will be revealed. In the meantime the offer still seems to be available:
