Lightroom Watermark

I was watching this tutorial on Identity plates but I cant seem to find it in Lightroom. I just want to create something very simple that like www.lukewoodfordphotography.com to go in the corner of my images. Just like Pete Carr has on his. I just want to be able to press a button in Light room and it does it. Is this possible? Thanks
 
In the exif data on the left as you process your images in the iptc data there is a copywrite box. If you pop your web address into there, then when you export your images tick the apply watermark button it will apply the web address to your image.
 
Edit > Identity Plate Setup from the menu :thumbs:

I just tried that but its not working. I wrote website in copyright and label then ticked the box when you export but nothing shows on image?
 
I don't use the identity plates for mine. I use this plugin called lr2 mogrify. It applies sharpening and a watermark on export.

Im struggling with this. Im pretty sure ive downloaded everything but im stuck when I have to verify the path of the Mogrify application. I downloaded image magik but not sure which file im meant to select.

I have just done the same and i cant find the destination files either :shrug:
 
Oh. I'm not sure. It was all part of a package on OSX.
 
once installed in the image magik folder in program files there is a morgfiy.exe file link to that,

my attempts keep failing due to

mogrify.exe: no decode delegate for this image format `C:\Users\DAVIDB~1\AppData\Local\Temp\LR-2.jpg' @ constitute.c/ReadImage/526.

Mogrify doesn't work for me either in Lightroom 2.2 on OSX. Shame :(
 
Hmm weird. I installed LR2 mogrify on OSX and it works fine.

Make sure you install the plugin to your plugins folder.

**IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW **
When you do an export, there are extra options on the left hand side and you need to add the ones you require. They then appear on the right hand side and you are then allowed to change the required options
 
I just get errors. I thought it might be something to do with the 5D mkII RAW but it fails even with old images.

I'll see if I can wrestle with it a little bit more.
 
The identity plate can be used as a watermark, we use it to put "proof" al our prints, you have to set up the identity plate first though. Julieanne Kost has a good video tutorial on it if I remember rightly.

Doesn't work on OSX and isn't as good as Lr2Mogrify as its an extra step you have to take.
 
Ok installed lr2mogrify and it says it working and i get an extra box in export so all looking good - but how do i set up the watermark theres no edit section?

You will need to Add (or is it Insert) the Graphical watermark feature.

The options will then show up on the right hand side.

Can't remember what the options are and I'm in work with no access to LR2 at the moment

Bizarrely this is now working for me, I've not changed anything other than left the computer off over night.
