I would just guess that you may need to upgrade your lightroom version to accept the RAW files.
 
Not update, upgrade; there wont be any Lightroom 4 updates, as Lightroom 5 is now the current version.
 
Your problem is nothing to do with Lightroom. You need to find a codec to allow windows to read your RAW files.

There is support for the RX100 RAW files from Version 4.2 onwards, but I believe the RAWs from the RX100ii are different, and are not supported by version 4.

I could be wrong, just saying what ive seen when using a Google search.
 
So I need to upgrade my light room guys?

I dont think Adobe Lightroom 4 will read raw files from Sony RX100ii I think you need lightroom 5.2. Your either going to have to upgrade to LR5 or use the DNG converterhttp://www.amazon.co.uk/-/dp/B00BRPPV4C

Sorry that will teach me to skim, looks like you do have a LR problem first, then a Windows problem second.

I have upgraded my lightroom, they load fine in there now. :)

But they wont load from my computer? What do you advise?

Won't upload from your computer to where?
Are they on your computer?
Do you mean that you can't view them?
If so then as above^^^ you need an upto date Codec from Microsoft for your camera.
Just Google Microsoft Codec then hunt around till you find your camera. Download it and all should be well.

When I go into My Computer then into the memoery card to view the pictures. (see pic below)

I dont know what Codec I am looking for :/

Why not actually do the googling and supply the link?

The OP's camera is listed (assuming its Sunday name is "Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 II").

Whether this will fix the raw import into Lightroom problem is another question, as LR uses Adobe Camera Raw to do its raw conversions. Absent a copy of Photoshop that's newer, that's tied to the version of Lightroom, which we've established is out of date.

FastStone won't help with the inability to view pics in Explorer. For that you need the correct codec. If the suggestions above don't work then you could try the FastPictureViewer Codec. It's not free, but it is cheap and it works very well.

How strange. What processor do you have? Press Windows+Break to get the system information screen.

Edit: Oh, wait a minute. On the following screen you get to choose between the x64 and x86 versions. You'll need a 64-bit processor for the former.
