lightroom question

when i import my pictures into lightroom 3 it adds a +22/24 to the pictures far too much!

now it never use to do this what have i done!

looked at settings in camera and lightroom

now my friends who loaded some pics into my lightroom does not do this

it will be me alway is doh!

am shooting jpg
 
Do you mean it increases the exposure?

If so, it will be your import settings. In the import window, under 'Apply During Import', ensure that 'Nothing' is selected.

i meant on the slider fill light or black in develop its there?

can work it out going to frustrate me!

Can you post a screenshot? I'm struggling to understand what you mean?

Could be a difference in Picture Style. Try photographing with a neutral picture style and see what happens

Me too & a shame for OP as I use LR a great deal and maybe able to help but only if the problem made clearer. A scree shot is a good idea.
 
You've changed your default processing parameters. Load up a sample image, adjust the processing parameters to what you want, hold down the 'Alt' key and watch the button in the lower right change from 'Reset' to 'Set default...'. Press that and your new settings will be applied to all images (from that camera at that ISO value).
