Just a quick question for anyone who uses Lightroom.

I am trying to get to grips with this software and know some stuff, but, want to know, if when displaying my catalogue and I get the icon showing that a "Photo is missing", is there a way for the program to go through all my pictures and update the existing catalog, removing the missing photo's from the catalog, or, do I have to go through my entire catalog by hand and either locate the missing photo's or remove them from the catalog myself ?

I have found under "Library" find missing photo's, which has put all the missing photo's into it's own catalog, so, am thinking, would I need to select them all and flag them as rejected then delete/remove rejected photo's from catalog ?

I'm afraid I can't answer your question, but you may get better help if you were to post this in the Post Processing and Image Editing forum. Perhaps you could PM a mod and ask for it to be moved.

You don't have to reject them first. Just select all of them and 'Delete Photo', voilà.
