Not too long ago my laptop did a complete reset back to factory settings for some reason.
I had to reinstall both LR 5 and Photoshop CS6. Everything worked fine until I recently decided to revisit some old images and try some different techniques on them. But there's a problem, when I hit control+E PS opens but the image doesn't. I've read up a little and tried some other pics and it does seem anything that pre dates the reinstall won't open in Photoshop.
Any ideas or suggestions please people?
