I like Aperture, mainly because of the simple workflow. As well all know Apple is killing it. I've now got Lightroom but wondering what the best way to learn it is? Is there any guides on moving from Aperture to Lightroom? Or any advice. I think it'll take me quite a while to learn how to use it to be honest.

Try Anthony Morganti on youtube: 20min video training lessons with good explanations of how and why things are used. Just remember he's a little colourblind. ;)

If you like reading then either Scott kelby or Martin Evening's books are two different styles.

I prefer to learn by watching and this is a good and free series albeit for LR4 it gives you a lot of information and insight.

17.32hrs of tutorials on light room 4.1 on the link ...189 lessons. To jump straight into an area of interest ,I thinks this is brilliant. Many thanks for the share ...
