Lightroom - keeping EXIF on export?

How can I maintain the EXIF data upon exporting RAW files as JPGs in Lightroom? Now when I upload to Flickr, it tells me the shot was taken either at the time of uploading to Flickr or at the time of editing the photo as opposed to the time the shot was actually taken.

When you click the export button, a dialogue box appears which gives you all the options you could ask for, including how much or any EXIF data is exported with the image. Am I missing something?
