Lightroom help

Hi, looking for some info please, I've just bought a new Canon 5D mk 3, just taken some test pics in the garden ,loaded them ,or tried to load them into Lightroom 3, as I normally would do , imported them ,and on the thumb nail it says" Preview unavailable for this file " , anyone now whats wrong ?

I'm no expert and could be wrong but 2 reasons I'm thinking is

A- Lightroom 3 does not support the mk3
B- it does but needs updated , which you can download from their website

Thanks for that info Stuart, just downloaded the Lightroom 5 that came with the camera, and guess what,back in action, you learn something new everyday:bonk::bonk: where would I be without the "Talk Photography " family, in a bloody big hole

Out of interest, I use CS5, at the moment, along with Lightroom 5 ,there is a disc for Elements 11, ( Premiere), how does this compare with CS5 ??

In Lightroom, click Help then Check for Updates. I think this will update the Adobe Camera Raw plugin if needed.
