Lightroom help

Hi all,

Just got myself lightroom 3 and need to know how to get the best from it.

Can anyone recommend a book, online tutorial, youtube videos that can help me, my main photography is people so that might lend itself to a specialist book... there are so many out there that I dont know which to go for.

Alternatively, anyone that has mastered lightroom and no longers needs a book?

All I can say is watch the tutorials, there's some great 10 minute ones, then you'll understand exactly what lightroom is about and get much more out of it than if you just dived straight in.

Quite interesting to watch someone edit the RAW, can also download the RAW and edit it yourself if you sign up to the forum.

Chris Orwig on Lynda.com, I know there's a cost but his course is fantastic.
