Yes
I have the latest version.
My problem concern file access.

I store my images in Windows 10 in Mydocuments/Pictures and have a number of subfolders into which I export my developed images. Either as TIFF, jpeg or occasionally PSD.
These images are all there when I access via File Explorer in Windows.
Normally when I want to access them via Lightroom I click Library/Import and then under OS(C)/User/MyDocuments/Pictures I can click on the subfolder (or subsubfolder) and them the image and click import.
However, Lightroom now shows no images when I get to Pictures (I have clicked show subfolders). I have an external back up drive permanently attached and I can still access them via this.

So, what has changed and does anyone know how to overcome this?

38 views. This might be an intractable problem.

Just thinking out loud.

In Lightroom version 6 there is the function to sync a folder to bring into catalogue any 'missing' images. So maybe that is what you need to do???

So for those who know more than me......maybe a good idea for you to say what LR version you are using!

Thanks BB. I will check this out.
its the Classic version.

I'm not really sure what you're trying to do?. If you're exporting images aren't you finished with them? If you're exporting for further editing then aren't you better using an 'edit in' option. There ,may be a better way to get to your end goal

Thank Hugh.
I am not the most proficient with Lightroom.
The reason I want to access some oldish images is that a client who uses them on their site needs them re-sizing so that the long edge is 1200 pixels.
This is because of some new requirements from Wordpress.

The point is, I could always do this in the past, but LR will not allow now.

I think the problem is OneDrive.
Although in file explorer it appears they are in plain old C, google tells me that there’s a second, shadow, subset of OneDrive folders that are stored on your computer.
So I can access them this way.
Probably goes back to my laziness when I set up the laptop.
