Lightroom export question

Hi new to the site and hope I can get some good advice instead of stressing and googling or you tubing answers. I have a question in regards to exporting my images from lightroom 5. I want to put some family photos onto a disc for my sister. She wants to be able to print from this disc 5x7 photos - large canvas. An I doing the settings right for this. I was once told to uncheck limit file size box in file settings and leave empty the w: h: box in image sizing to give freedom of developing size but wondering if this is wrong and bad advice. Please help!!!

Uncheck/clear any resize/output options. Just output the files in Jpeg at original size, 100% quality, sRGB color.

Thankyou. This screen shot is what I've been doing so I guess it's wrong!

Move the quality setting to 100 (if they will be edited again possibly) and uncheck resize to fit (I doubt it's actually doing anything since the number fields are blank... but just in case).

Top option in the Export module is, from memory, "Burn full size JPGs to disk"
