Lightroom - change of hard drive name - help!

After getting tangled up with dog my laptop became somewhat poorly and as it was having problems coping with what I threw at it decided to invest in new one.

All is well until I realise the external hard drive I store photos on now has a new name E instead of H - is there an easy way to get Lightroom to find it without having to do every single folder one at a time and still keep all previous edits (am sure there must be, just cannot find it).

My eyes are so sore today that where I have been searching Lightroom and this forum for the answer I can now barely see anything so a simply worded response would be very much appreciated

If you have a root folder for your images there should be a '?' overlaying the folder icon. Right click(or Mac equivalent) and choose 'Find missing folder.' This should find all sub folders automatically.
